Unable to load Adobe XD UI fonts

The UI fonts are not showing on my sidebar. I've reinstalled XD but it's still happening. Any reason why the UI fonts are not showing? How do I fix this?

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and then re-install and if it still doesn't work, please share the details asked by Italosan, we'll try our best to help you with it.

    Thank you for for your replay. I've done that for XD but it's still happening after I restart my mac. My OS is - Big Sur - 11.6.2.

    Could you please share the version of XD and system logs using the Adobe Log Collector Tool so that we can escalate this further.
