Unable to login into Adobe XD on OnePlus 7 pro mobile.

Trying to login to the XD app on my OnePlus 7 Pro and when I tap the "continue with Adobe" button nothing happens. The only button that appears to work is "continue with Google" but that seems to want to create a new adobe account and not let me link my existing one.

 

Please help? Is anyone else having problems being able to login?

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble signing to the Adobe XD app on your mobile phone. Would you mind telling us the version of XD you're having? Please try restarting the phone and try again. Let us know if that helps.

    Hello

     

    I am using Adobe XD version 33.0.0 (34957) on Android 10. I've rebooted the phone. I've re-installed the Adobe XD App. There is a "Continue with Adobe" button but tapping it produces no result. I don't use it, but Continue with Apple does not work either.

    Follow-up: I've just tried to login with Google using my work Google account, which is linked to my Adobe account. I didn't want to do this because I don't have a work phone and Google forces you to install a work profile which makes the device able to be managed by my work.

     

    I went through the whole setting up process to be able to login via Google, once it was set up, I was asked to login again in the XD app. The XD app doesn't see the Google Work account. It allows me to select the associated email address but after that it just wants to set up another work profile, so it's stuck in a loop.
