Unable to manage published links

once i click the button "manage pubulished links",the brower open a web with a language which is not english , the after few seconds, it shows 404, help me thanks!

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot, could you please try to visit Adobe Creative Cloud and check if this works for you? I would also request you to check if you are signed in to Adobe XD. Please go to Help and check if you are signed in.
