Unable to mention anyone in prototype link in XD 43 version.

Hello,

 

I've sent a design review link out to get some feedback. However, when I try to "@" someone, no ones name comes up. Also, when someone else tries to metion me, I do not show up.

I was able to figure out how to add him to the prototype. I
didnt understand that I needed to add him to the prototype even though he
is already a collaborator on the XD file.

I am able to mention him in the prototype, but he is unable to mention me
(the owner)

Hi Colleen5D91,

 

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble in mentioning your coworker in the prototype link. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end. We would like to know if this is happening with all the links or with a specific link. 
Are you using the email address of your coworker while mentioning? Please try with any other browser and see if that helps.

 

Please make sure your coworkers is on the latest version of XD.

 

We will try our best to investigate the issue.

I was able to figure out how to add him to the prototype. I

Update: Learned there is ANOTHER add to prototype button (haha who designed this????). However, my coworker is still uanble to mention me (the owner), but I can mention him now. Can someone help with this?

Just want to add everyone is already invited to the prototype but the mention feature is not working
