Unable to move objects in components to desired position

Hello,

since the last update 47.0.22.9 (System: Windows 10) I am unable to move certain objects in components to desired positions. For example moving a rectangle in an components by pressing the arrow up button on the keyboard moves it down by like 40 pixel or so.

Moving it with the Select Tool also doesn't work. The object just jumps to a random position. 
Typing in the x/y coordinates also doesn't help. I get random half pixel values. 

Any ideas or solutions how to solve these problems?
