Unable to open a local XD file and getting error 47.

Hi, i have a problem on my local XD file, was working offline since the internet is not that good, i was working on a XD design when my computer crashed. when i tried opening the file again i got an "error opening file (error code: 47)"

 

all the fix here only works for cloud saved XD file, mine is on my machine 😞 i hope someone can help me

We are sorry to hear you cannot open a local file and get error 47. Would you mind confirming if you've tried opening the same file on another machine? 

 

You may also try creating a new user profile and then try opening the file. Please also share the version of XD and the details of your operating system.
