Unable to open Adobe XD.

Hi

this alert keeps show up when I open adobe xd:

"There is a problem with Adobe XD. Reinstall the app from its "original" install location or contact your administrator."

 

I tried to uninstall with:

AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

CCleaner

Iobit Uninstaller

remove manually from the Program File

 

And when I try to reinstall it again always a dark icon and the same message pop up.

I appreciate your reply. I actually solved my problem by using multiple cleaning attempts.

Disk clean-up, left-click C:  properties.

Two free software: Glary Utilities and BleachBit.

I didn't know which one exactly did the work, but the result is a cleaner pc in all cases.

I am having the same exact issue, and none of those tool has done anything. 

Tried:

  • AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool

  • CCleaner

  • Iobit Uninstaller

  • remove manually from the Program File

  • Glary Utilities
  • BleachBit
  • Disk Clean up

Nothing. Please help, I wasted half a day on this.

If yes, please try uninstalling from Creative Cloud, restart the machine, and install it again.
