    Hi Jack22518689wq9d,

     

    Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing the issue while opening XD from one year. We would like to confirm if you've tried uninstalling XD using the cleaner tool and reinstalling it back.

     

    After reinstalling, please launch XD from Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if that helps.
