Unable to open Adobe XD Cloud Document, getting error message.

Hi,
I am trying to open my Adobe XD cloud file and it's showing the below error:

'Something went wrong'

Close and reopen the document to continue working. If you see this message again, access this document’s history to save a copy of a previous version. (Error 2161)

< CLOSE DOCUMENT >

and on click of the link above getting the message as "This page isn't available right now. Try checking the URL or visit a different page".
Tried these also: Restart XD · Update the Creative Cloud desktop app
Attached the screenshots of the error messages.
Just FYI working on the XD latest version 56.1.12.
Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks!
