Unable to open Adobe XD error: there is a problem with Adobe XD

I was trying to re-install adobe xd and suddenly the application can't be opened, there's a windows error sign "There is a problem with Adobe XD. Reinstall the app from its original install location or contact your administrator"

i'm already try to re-installing the xd for several times, even re-installing the adobe creative cloud itself, but nothing change

how do i fix this?

Sorry to hear you are unable to open Adobe XD. Would you mind trying to do a clean install using our CC Cleaner tool and then launch XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app?
