Unable to open Adobe XD, gives a crash report box in XD 42 version

I have not been able to start Adobe XD for several days. Attempts to uninstall and reinstall, clean my computer .... nothing helps. When I try to run the program, a window pops up and after a while it disappears. I can't do anything about it.

Unfortunately, uninstalling, cleaning, reinstalling did not help 😞

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing the issue with XD. Could you please share a few more details like:
  1. Adobe XD Version
  2. Windows OS version.
  3. Please enable the crash dump, by following the steps shared here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/how-to-generate-crash-dump-on-windows-machine.html once XD crashes, please collect and share the logs from this location: %LocalAppData%/crashdumps

 

So that we can try from our end, try to resolve ASAP.

Once uninstalled, please re-install.

I use Windows, not macOS. But I'll try this method
