unable to open Adobe XD . no error only white splahscreen

Hi, 

I have problem to open AdobeXD . When i click on the icona the program start with the splashscreen with the logo but after that notingh appen. 

- no error

- 0% memory usage

- nothing 

i've tried to :

- i had try reinstall adobe xd 

- i had try reinstall the suite

- i had try to install a old version of XD ( with this i can run one time the application then the same thing)

- i had try tofollow the solution at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVd73wFid4M
- i had try to change the permission to the files vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll

BUT NOTHING.

I don't think could be a hardware problem ( AMD ryzen 9, 32gb ram, Nvidea card, ssd) 

i work on a windows 10 pro and i try to open Adobe XD 55.2.12. Any solution?
