Unable to open Apple UIKits (.dmg file) for Adobe XD

To reproduce:

1. On Windows 10, running Adobe XD

2. Follow the link from the to download iOS or MacOS UI kits (either from the menu or the new project screen).
Takes you here: https://developer.apple.com/design/resources/

3. Download either the iOS or MacOS UI kits - they download as a dmg file.

Currently there is no documented way to open an Apple UI Kit for Adobe XD on a Windows host running Adobe XD.

Any suggestions on making this work? The best options (IMO) would be for Adobe to either convince Apple to post .xd files, or for Apple to share their UI kits as .xd files
