Unable to open cloud document in Adobe XD

Hello, my Adobe xd files wont open. i have contacted support team and was told to;

update my windows (windows up to date)

log out of creative cloud,

uninstall and install XD,

 

i have done all of that and yet XD files wont load or snyc.. its so fraustrating. please look into the issue.

  1. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Please check if you are able to open a previous version of that file by following the steps shared here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/revision-history-in-xd-helps-ensure-peace-of-mind-during-collaboration/m-p/10703548#M18044
  4. You can also try downloading the file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and let us know if you are able to open the file.
