Unable to open file in XD (Error: 86)

Question

Hi,my XD file doesn't open anymore. Checked on different computers, Mac and Windows. Same everywhere. It is a local file no cloud file. I have the file on my harddisk and as mirror on my external device. Same problem on both devices. I read here that more people had that problem. Did somebody already solve the problem?
