Unable to open Illustrator file into XD getting error 161.

Hey , I was opening a adobe illustrator file in adobe xd and it is showing a error with code 161 .

can you please help me in this please ??

Yes , this is happening with some files.

version of AI : 24.1 and XD version is 41.0.12
