Unable to open the file

My XD program is up to date but I am unable to open the file because it says that it is created with newer version of XD. What should I do?

    We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure you are on the latest version of XD which is 41.1.12. In case if that's not the version showing at your end, please uninstall XD and re-install.
