Unable to open the file and shows white screen in XD 43 version on macOS.

I have tried reinstalled and everything but nothing...

Not sure what's happening here.

It 'turn on' fine as a program but once you create a file or trying to open both shared and local files it just went white loading forever but nothing ever comes up.

Hi Rishabh. I as mentioned, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version but still nothing. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear you are unable to open the file on XD and thanks for trying the steps. Please ensure your system has no pending OS updates. If you still face the issue, please generate Adobe Logs and Crash dumps and upload them to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me over a PM.
