Unable to open the XD file opened via an invitation link through email.

I got the invitation link through email for my new project. However, with the correct Adobe log-in email account, I cannot access the file no matter ho how many times I tried and all the other emails I have tried. 

 

Does anyone have a clue what could be the reason? I tried to contact the Adobe team but it said I have no access to contact them lol.

If not, it looks like you're on an enterprise team license. Could you please create a case, or initiate a chat from the Admin Console's support tab if you're a System or Support administrator using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.cc.html?

 
If not, then contact your admin and ask them to create a case or start chatting through the admin console.

Go to the Files tab, and then select Your files. Select the cloud document you want to collaborate on, and then select the Share icon in the right sidebar. In the invitation dialog box, add the email address of your collaborator.
