Unable to open XD cloud docs

Hello,

I am not able to open my cloud XD file, it just says syncing!!

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that XD is updated to the latest version which is 41.0. For more information on how to do that, please try the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html and in case if XD is up to date, please reboot your computer and then try accessing the file and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
