I have been using this XD file for a year.  It has our whole website design on it!  I have recently updated to MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1.  What is happening?  I've tried to restart and even uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe XD.  This file is very important for our company website. Please help.

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response. Could you please try the steps suggested in this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/adobe-xd-cloud-file-not-synching-and-getting-stuck-when-opened/td-p/11890656 in sequence and let us know if that works?

Thanks,

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

  1. Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  2. Close CoreSync and All Adobe-related processes or reboot your computer.
  3. Sign back in on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to open the file.

Regards

Did all you said, and it's still not working.  I've been staring at the progress bar that just moves 2/3's of the way and doesn't move any further for 20 minutes now.
