Unable to open XD file, getting error 86

XD file is not running due to error code 86.
 
help me, Please solve this problem. You can't reinstall the cloud app or open all files on your mac or windows.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

The version of Adobe XD.
Are you getting this error on a cloud file or a local file?
Are you getting this error on a specific file?
If it is happening on a specific file, will it be possible for you to share the file with us? If yes, you can add the file to cloud storage and share the file through a direct message by clicking on my name.
