Unable to open XD link error ( Something went wrong Message ) on some devices

Something went wrong Message appears to some of my clients when they try to access XD links, the reason is not clear at all and they tried to open it from different devices and browsers but still the same.

Is there any type of limitation on the number of people that can open the links?
