Unable to open XD on macOS Ventura machine

When I tried to open Adobe XD it says:

“Adobe XD” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

This file was downloaded on an unknown date.

 

I recently installed the update version Mac Ventura 13.0.1 and it refuse to open.
