Unable to preview prototype in XD on mobile app.

Hi, 

 

I have been trying to preview my design prototype using USB cable but I'm unable to preview anything in my android mobile in the lastest 2020 version of Adobe XD. All it shows to "Open the XD document on your desktop using a USB cable" even though its connected, never had this issue earlier but since the 2020 update I just can't seem to preview on my mobile or iPad. I have the latest android XD app and desktop version and I'm running Windows 10.

 

Any solution?

We are sorry to hear you are facing trouble previewing the XD document. We would like to know a few more details like-

 

  • Would you mind sharing the XD version of your mobile app?
  • Did you try switching to the different USB cable?
