Unable to preview prototype on the browser it shows as blank.

Hi, I'm using Adobe XD for Enterprise and due to my organisation's security, I'm not able to upload anything to Creative Cloud, so I have to use the 'Export prototype' option. When I do that and I open the index.html file from the exported folder, it shows as being blank. I saw this previous post Adobe XD enterprise exporting offline index.html i... - Adobe Support Community - 10950958 and I don't think I'm able to access a server. Are there any other options to deal with this problem?
