Unable to preview shared links

Hi i'm facing trouble viewing my shared links and cloud files 
as " no preview available"
without any error code

If yes, is this happening with a specific link or multiple links? Please ensure that you have the latest version of XD which is 51.0.12 and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hey, where are you getting this "No preview available" message? Can you take a screenshot and show what's happening exactly? Is this happening through the browser, prototype links, CC app or in the Xd home window?
