Unable to publish links

Question

I am unable to publish the links in XD after updating the software. My office subscription to creative cloud is active but I am getting the attached error. Please help

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID under which you have the subscription. If you are already signed in, please share your Adobe ID and system logs(https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html) through DM and we'll try our best to help you with it.
