Unable to publish multiple prototypes in XD.

Hi,

We have XD Creative Cloud account membership which provided multiple prototype support, as soon as I click on 'New Link' it throws as message 'You can only have one active prototype..... as per plan' and Upgrade Link.

Account should ideally already give us this access.

Kindly help on this. Do let us know if you need any details.

Did you check with your Administrator about having complete access to the Adobe XD application? If you do have all the required permissions to use the Adobe XD subscription on your computer, please ask your administrator (assuming you are not one) to get in touch with the Adobe Support team directly. They should be able to investigate further.

But we are using the correct and only credentials available to us, adding a screenshot as well.

We have

Creative Cloud for teams

Team name: Cybage Software Pvt Ltd

I guess any plan except the starter plan will have ability to publish unlimited prototypes?
