Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you confirm if you have tried the suggestions shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html?

If yes, please share a few more details like:

The version of XD and OS.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
Is this happening with a cloud file or local file or both?

Regards

SOLVED (Error 44:63) ADOBE XDThe issue occurs only with new shares, both on the cloud and with local files. While waiting for Adobe to fix the error, I’ve found a workaround (for those who urgently need to deliver projects today):Retrieve an old file that had a working link (A), and save a copy with a different name (B)Reopen the original file (A) and delete its contentCopy all the artboards from the file that was showing the 44:63 error and paste them into file AShare and update the linkThis is a temporary fix for those in a hurry, but please Adobe, fix this error. Thank you.
