Unable to redeem Adobe XD complimentary from Coursera

I have taken the Coursera's Google UX course for which I was supposed to get a 9 month access to adobe XD as reward.

 When I try to redeem it, I get a message saying "The code has already been redeemed", though I have not. 

 

I have asked coursera support team regarding it, but they have directed me to approach the adobe team to get it resolved. I kindly request the adobe team to resolve this issue. It's been quite a few months since I am trying to get my hands on it. 

 

Hope to get the issue resolved.

    I would not spend the time learning XD and instead invest in learning Figma as your tool choice. Adobe has slowed development on XD to a snail's pace.  Regardless if the Figma deal goes through, that is the tool that won the battle.
