unable to redeem Adobe XD from Coursera Google UX Design

Hello, 

I received an emil from Coursea to redeem the Adobe XD 9 month complimentary subscription for my Google UX Design course 6 (screen shot 1). However, I got an error after I clicked on Claim Your Reward (screen shot 2). Can someone please help me so I can continue the course? Thank you, Lifen
