Unable to Redeem Complimentary Adobe XD

HELLO ADOBE COMMUNTIY! I was given a complimentary link to use Adobe XD from Coursea & when I click it, it opens a new window & it says Select your Adobe complimentary app & its just a white screen. I contacted their help center & they had me clear my cache/cookies, try incognito, try safari, made sure my pop-up blocker was down. nothing besides the image you posted came up. I don't have any Adobe programs on my MacBook Air 2014, so this would be a first. Any other helpful feedback would be appreciated as there are a few others with the same issues.
