Unable to replace missing font

XD version 49.0.12

 

Font replace option is not active. How to resolve missing font issue?

    Hi Eugene,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

     

    1. Sign out of XD and CC Desktop.
    2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    3. Please reboot the computer.
    4. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there.

     

    Let us know if you are getting an option to replace the font or if you need any further assistance.
