Unable to save Cloud document, it's stuck on Saving

My cloud document now never ending saving,

I try wait, 5 hours and its still saving like that.

That is my 6 month of work, and now I cannot do anything with that document.

Everytime i edit my file its always never ending saving, and when i close and open it again,it is not save, it still my old save.

Anyway my connection is fine, can playing youtube on 4k without buffer.

Oh I forgot, I PAY 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION for use this XD.

But customer service is nothing, there is doesnt even have a customer support!!
