Unable to see live preview in XD my android mobile

I have been trying more than 2 days to figure it out and I asked 3 people to help me no one did help me,

I have 2 laptop, Windows 9 and Windows 11, and I tried to live preview in my 3 android devices
I have the new update for the adobe software and adobe mobile and I have 2 usb and 1 usbs ( because someone told me maybe this is the issue) and now someone told me 
Adobe xd doesn't support live preview for window to android , you will need to save the file to cloud and then see it in "Adobe XD" android app. 

I dont think that's true I think he just dont want to work.

Can someone help me please?
