Unable to see the latest update for XD 50 on Creative Cloud Desktop app

Is it not available globally yet?
I cannot open a file someone sent me. It says I need to upgrade, but my latest version is 49.0.12.
I am using a Mac, OS 12.3.1 on desktop

All of my apps are set to auto-update

What I have tried:
I uninstalled XD 49.0.12 and then re-installed it.
I uninstalled it (49.0.12) and then installed the older version (48.0.12). I tried to upgrade from that, but it still shows that my latest version is 49.0.12.

I tried restarting my computer after the install/update, but that didn't help either.

Any other suggestions?

Hi. I did every single thing on that page you sent me. Nothing worked. Then I restarted my computer and re-installed Xd again, just to make sure that wasn't the issue. But it didn't help. Still says my most recent version is XD 49

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to update XD. Would you mind trying to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app? For detailed instructions, see Uninstall and Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop

 

Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and then let us know if you see the update available for XD.
