Unable to see tool panel in XD

Why is the entire design panel not showing in XD?

I imported this image from AI, but there's no way to create new shapes, add artboards, nothing.

Suggestions?

Hi @MaryKnauth,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are unable to see the tool panel in XD. Would you mind trying signing out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app, restarting the machine, and then signing back in? Launch XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, and let us know if that helps.

 

Please also ensure that XD is updated to the latest version (XD 56).
