Unable to share XD prototype link, getting error 2401

Question

Hi Adobe Team,
 
I am writing to tell you how frustrated I am.  My adobe XD hasn't shared prototype successfully( always error 2401) since I registered it as enterprise account. I always sent XD file to my peer for ask them to share the prototype link for me, it has been 4 MONTHs!! You can't imagine how inconvenient I am...
 
I had reported this issue before, and your staff tell me she will update this issue. However, I have been waiting for almost 2 months, the share feature still not working....still error 2401....

I really like all your amazing products, but this issue is bothering me...could you resolve this?

Hi Athem,

We're so sorry for the trouble and for the delay in resolution. I'd request if you can try the following the steps:

Please ensure that XD is updated to the latest version which is 29.0.32.
If you are getting this error on all the files, please connect to a different internet network.
