Unable to Start a New Design

Question

I'm not able to select new design options. UI is not working properly. I cannot scroll to access more options or use custom dimensions. There is no option to write numbers for custom dimensions.

Hi Davinder,

Sorry to hear about the trouble, we'll try our best to help you with it. Could you please try skipping the tutorial or if you want you can click on Begin Tutorial and then try selecting the artboard. If this doesn't work, please close XD and all Adobe XD related processes from the Task Manager and then relaunch XD and let us know how it goes.
