Unable to update component because of the error in XD

I cannot update my documents with my library.

Steps I have taken to resolve this issue:

- updated XD 

- restarted XD numerous times

- updated the library numerous times

- tried updating all components in document at once

- tried updating individual components

- restared computer (MAC)

- updated computer (Monterey 12.6)

Please help! I need to work!
