Unable to update component due to a error

I can not find the component that is at fault. I am getting a lot of errors with XD either it crashes or it give me multiple errors. I really need some assistance as I am due to update these components for the developers asap.

Must I unlink most of the components that could be large?

XD is becoming quite frustrating!
