Unable to update share link after clicking on update link

When im creating a new XD document and just making a simple box and share it. the first time i craete the sharable link it works fine.

If i then update the box with a color or adjust the size and click the "update link" button it does not update, and is the same as the first time i created the link.

 

If i create a new link it will get the latest update.

 

My account is an corporate account with some restrictions for whom i may share with. I can only invite people to see my link, not create a public sharable link or one with password protection. Does this have something to do with it or?

 

I have another personal account where its possible to just update with the button and it works just fine.

 

I tried to create the document on the same machine and same XD versions just different adobe creative cloud accounts, so clearly it must be something with the account, anyone who can tell me why that is?

Hi Thomas,

 

I have the same issue as you. I'm on enterprise (the same privileges setup as yours). 

I'm trying to solve my issue with Adobe Support. It was reported on 27 Dec 2021. My Team is still waiting for a solution. 

  • Changing ISP doesn't work.
  • Fresh install doesn't help.
  • Affected are all instances of Adobe XD on the enterprise license. 

Note: This bug doesn't affect Adobe XD on a regular license. Already tested on my private account.

Thanks for the reply. I´m glad that im not the only one with the problem, on the other hand I hope they have a quick solution for this. I will try to contact them aswell when they open the tech support live chat later today.

If not, then contact your admin and ask them to create a case or start chat through the admin console.

Its any files i try to open or create.

and its an enterprise account.
