Unable to update XD to the latest version.

Adobe XD not update and take so much respnonse time to up the application.

Hi Vijay,

 

Sorry to hear you are facing trouble updating XD. I would request you to please try few steps like-

 

  • Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud app
  • Restart the machine
  • Sign back in both XD and CC
  • Try updating the XD app again from Creative Cloud desktop.
  • Make sure you don't have any pending system updates.
