Unable to use Adobe XD in my Macbook Pro

Hi,

I can't use Adobe XD in my mac machine. I have a licenced version and still I am getting response as XD cannot open with the Mac OS. I have a Macbook with the macOS Catalina Version 10.15.6 . I have attached the screen shot of the response when I am trying to open Adobe XD. I request you to help to resolve this issue.

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and once uninstalled, please re-install XD using the steps shared here . Let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
