Unable to use the code provided by Google UX design certificate course

Hi, 

My name is Catherine and I currently learn on Google UX design certificate course. I am in couse 6 recently and I try to use the reward of the completion on course 1. I have recieved the message 2 months ago but now I can not redeem it. When I click the button to claim the reward, it shows an error messages. How can I solve this situation? Thank you!
