Unable to use XD on mac M1 error 3634

Since I got the new Macbook with m1 Max processor I can't use Adobe XD anymore. I can no longer save files or create new documents. There are always different errors e.g. 3643

    Have you tried uninstalling the software using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool?

    Hi, what version of Adobe XD are you using? Have you also tried doing a new software installation?

      i have uninstalled xd and reinstalled it again. it always comes up with the same error
