Unable to view comments

I receive a notification to let me know that comments have been left on a published prototype but when I view the prototype in my browser (after signing in), there are no comments visible despite a comment PIN being clearly shown on the prototype!

I am using Safari on MacOS High Sierra if this makes any difference?

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong or is this a bug?

To be sure, are you logged into the application using the same Adobe ID that you used to share the file previously? Also, did you receive an email to the effect that there are comments posted on your file?
