Unable to view my Prototype link after login into Adobe XD today.

Hi,

 

My prototype URL is not working from today which is working yesterday. It showing the loading icon and is not loading any screen. Please tell me what to do as it is important.

We are sorry to hear you are unable to see the prototype link that you have created in Adobe XD. A few more details would be super helpful like-

 

  • Would you mind confirming if you've tried to open the link in any other browser? 
  • Have you tried log out/ log in into Adobe XD? & then tried to open the link.
  • Is it happening with this specific link or all the links that you've created?
