Unable to work with XD Constantly freezes.

I am writing with deep frustration at how XD experience is super inconsistent (one day works fine, most days freezes at the simplest tasks like opening a document, adding/modifying text, creative a style etc). I have been trying to get in contact with the support department but there are NO PHONE OR CHAT LINKS ANYWHERE that I can see.
How dare you (Adobe) charge me hundreds of dollars annually and not offer accessible support on your products? It's quite unheard of.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the rant, I can't get any work done.
p.s. running the latest XD, the file is empty, my laptop is a Dell XPS 15 with 32gb ram and 1T of memory. The internet is strong enough. Should be as smooth as silk.
